Living a Multi-Dimensional Life

Every now and then I find myself feeling overwhelmed by a ‘to – do’ list, and I step back and say, “I’m one person.  I have many loves and many outlets, and it’s ok for me to take things one at a time.”

Have you ever felt like you’re always on the go, doing the next thing on the list, then the next thing, and so on?

Are you living with a busy "to-do" list?

Living a multi-dimensional life means living all your passions, using all your talents and desires to live a fulfilling life.

I have wonderful clients and I love my coaching work.  I also have a wonderful jewelry business and I love creating.  It’s important to me to fulfill both those loves. This is usually why my to – do list can get rather long.

I also have a wonderful relationship, I have a great family and fabulous friends, all of which are also fulfilling to me and are on my ‘to – do’ list.

However, the most important thing on my ‘to-do’ list is BEING MYSELF.

I cannot stress this enough.

In order to be truly fulfilled by everything on my list, I must start with being my full self.  I claim the totality of my self.  Can you say that you have done the same?

If you are living your life according to other people’s wishes, rules, desires, wants, etc…, then you are not claiming your full self.  Claiming self means being the totality of who you came here to be.

I can say, “I’m a life coach, guide others through their ups and downs in life by helping them see their true self and their own life path.  I can also say, “I create and sell jewelry and I really love it.” Both statements are true, and yet they are not connected in any way.  However, they are both aspects of my totality.

When you are living a life to please others, cater to other’s drama and fulfill their rules, are you really living your life path?

Something to think about…

If you want assistance discovering your path, contact me for a session.  We start their and we make a plan.  We look at what steps you can take to fulfill your true self and we move forward together.

A Miserly Christmas?? Where’s your Scrooge?

One of my favorite holiday characters is the Snow Miser.  He’s been part of the Christmas TV special “The Year without a Santa Claus” since 1974 and I’ve loved him since then.  I know it seems like an odd character for me to love since childhood, but he’s always stuck with me.  Several years ago on a trip to the Christmas Tree Shop, I found an animated snowman that plays the Snow Miser song and dances.. needless to say I had to purchase it!  Now it’s a regular part of my holiday decorating.  The children all love him!

This year, I realized that I didn’t bring him out of the closet where he is stored during the year waiting to emerge for the holiday season.  Why was he forgotten?

As I thought about it, I realized that the concept of the miser was strong in my thoughts in other ways, so maybe I wasn’t looking for another reminder.  Why is the miser a subject?  Because Christmas is a time for love and family and giving, all the things that the miser is not.  My father passed away just two weeks before Christmas when I was seven years old, and ever since then the holidays are a time of mixed emotions.  I think that’s why the miser always stuck with me, because there was such loss associated to the holiday.  The miser, as portrayed well in Dicken’s A Christmas Carol, is driven by the pain of loss, so therefore closes off his heart and withholds love, determine not to share with others.  I’ve always been the opposite, always giving freely and loving to give gifts at Christmas.  While there is a lot of joy that I have during this time it is always intermingled with the sadness.

Sharing is the key to the holidays, and those who have worked with me for some time will be reminded of the recycle symbol that I refer to when I discuss the concept of the Give – Receive – Return which is the Law of Exchange. The miser is the king of withholding.  When any withholding is happening, the cycle is blocked and energy does not flow.  Therefore, there is no giving, but also no receiving or returning of energy.

Look to yourself to see if there is any aspect of the miser at work within.  Are you feeling some Scrooge happening in any area of your life this season?  If so, it’s a result of withholding.  Keep in mind that withholding of energy is all about protecting yourself from experiencing more loss or sadness.

While I work to really give my joy lots of permission to express, think about that for yourself as well.  Joy is the flip side of the grief coin.  They exist hand in hand in the heart chakra.  Finding balance is the key.  Holding onto the sadness doesn’t serve anyone, but expressing joy serves everyone.!

Where is your joy this season?

I wish you all the best,

Merry Christmas!

What is Empowerment Life Coaching?

Empowerment Life Coaching is an integration of intuitive abilities, counseling skills and life coaching techniques. I may access past experiences or past lives to help resolve and move past situations, emotions that hold you back and prevent your own natural clarity and insight from lighting your way.

The experience of a coaching session can range from conversational to topic specific to crisis management or anything and everything. At all times though, the intuitive reading of the client will be present, following their journey through body, mind and spirit, with boundaries, care and respect.

It simply means that I work on all levels of your energetic body from a mindset of ‘wholeness’, by bringing your spiritual self into the healing process.

How does  Empowerment Life Coaching work?

Empowerment Life Coaching will rapidly produce results that otherwise could take months to achieve. Intuitive abilities are tapped into as well as empowering techniques, tools and counseling during our work together.  Empowerment is not a passive experience, it is a powerful experience.  I am both an emotional healer as well as a provider of compassionate insights to empower you.

In our sessions,  I use my intuitive abilities to access information that is not usually known by the conscious mind.  I work in a free-form spontaneous way, allowing you to follow your needs, issues and concerns as they are each addressed and discussed with detail and empathy.  I bring non-judgmental clarity to the root causes.
