How does Medical Intuition work?

A medical intuitive is someone who has a special working relationship with the human body, its energies and systems with the ability to diagnose the disruptions that can invade the body, mind and spirit.

A medical intuitive views the body on the physical level, the energy level and the spiritual level. Medical intuition assists healing the mind, body and spirit when other methods are unsuccessful. Many doctors and healers are medical intuitives in their own practice.

When you have a medical intuitive consultation you will gain greater insights into the energetic imbalances contributing to depleted well-being or illness. The experience will lead to increased options for transforming these imbalances into health and wellness.  The medical intuitive consultation will provide an intuitive roadmap for your health and well being.

With these medical intuitive insights shedding light upon your current path in life, new horizons will open for you, old patterns will be released and provide a focus for your energy and healing process.

Do you remember this?

I woke up this morning with a song in my head from when I was a kid… I had to laugh.  It’s from Schoolhouse Rock that was on TV with new Back to School Specials.  I suppose that really dates me. LOL!  Do you remember “Conjunction Junction” ? Watch the video on YouTube.  They would play this little video during commercial breaks with the Back to School “Special” movie of the week.

Nowadays, conjunctions don’t mean ‘grammar’ to me. When I think of conjunctions it’s usually astrological, as in 2 planets conjuncting with each other.  These conjuctions, or transits create energetic influences that we feel.  Think of all the intensity of the past month and the power of the 3 eclipses.  It was an emotionally and energetically charged month and those are just the eclipses, never mind the conjunctions that are taking place.

So, before I ramble off on an astrology discussion, let me get back to the “Conjunction Junction” song.  I used to love these teaching videos when I was a kid.

What about you? What do you remember when you were a kid?

Spiritual Relationships – Partnering Through Change

In relationships, we have the opportunities to develop a deeper sense of ourselves through the mirror of our partner. If you have a generous, loving partnership, then you are possibly learning lessons related to creating a generous and loving relationship with your inner self as well. If you are in an abusive relationship, are you seeing the mirror of your relationship with your self?

We have the tendency to repeat certain patterns in our relationships. It seems we take the best and the worst within ourselves and project it into the container that is our relationship. We use the relationship as a testing ground.

However, when we go through changes or life transitions, it may put additional stress on the partnership by having little time for each other, being agitated and upset, etc. One person in the relationship isn’t experiencing change, they both are. If one person in the mirror changes, then the other will reflect that change. These may be positive changes or can be a stirring up of old issues that haven’t yet been healed or released.

In a partnership, we partner through change as well as through stability. Life is constantly changing around us and our ability to remain flexible and grow together make for a stronger spiritual relationship.

Choosing to look in the mirror of our partner, you see aspects of yourself that may be ready for transformation or release. Is there something that irritates you about your spouse? Is there a common argument that you have? Do you share similar views on many things, but have a particular stuck point on one subject?

Instead of leaping first to blame or lash out at your partner, look into the mirror and see what is there for you to see. Is there something attempting to get your attention? Are you faced with this same theme over and over again? Is there a deeper issue regarding change that you’re avoiding or overlooking?

Change itself can be a scary experience for some. In partnerships, change can feel threatening to the solid foundation or nest that you have built together. When one partner is undergoing deep internal changes, the other may feel left out, neglected, no longer connected and unappreciated. If that partner refuses to reflect upon the mirror that he/she is presented with, and chooses not to undergo changes as well, the mirror becomes out of balance. There is no longer a reflection of each other. One person has changed more than the other is willing to change. This is when struggle appears in the relationship.

In a spiritual relationship, partners consciously work through these changes, each partner facing their inner feelings, looking in the mirror to see that which is ready for transformation. A spiritual relationship as such requires tremendous courage for both partners, trusting that the other will continue to transform and flow with the changes along with you. Any relationship requires courage and trust. Communication is a necessary aspect of partnership and courage is most valuable. Stepping up to the plate and facing yourself in the mirror everyday can be exciting, thrilling and challenging. Allowing it to be something you face together every day is powerful and is the cornerstone of a spiritual partnership.

10 Easy Activities to Reduce Stress

Stress happens to all of us.  It sneaks up when we least expect it, disguising itself as tense muscles, headaches, agitation and quick temperedness.  The good news however, is that there are 10 easy activities that you can do that will reduce your stress.  Make a mental note of these, or even list them on post-it notes to hang up in conspicuous places as reminders.

  1. Stop. Whatever activity you are engaged in, stop and quiet your mind.
  2. Breathe. Focus your attention on your breath, slowing it to a regular pattern.
  3. Allow. Allow your muscles a moment to relax as you focus on your breath.  As you inhale, consciously breathe into the stress in the muscles and relaxing them as you exhale. Take deep breaths and release.
  4. Listen. Quiet your mind by listening to your breath as you inhale and exhale.  Listen to your body telling you that stress is taking place.
  5. Rest. Give yourself permission to rest your body and your mind.  Many times our stress is from mental fatigue, not just physical tiredness.  Take a 10 minute power nap if you have the opportunity, or simply close your eyes and repeat the phrase over and over in your mind, “I am quiet, peaceful and relaxed.  It is safe for me to rest now.”
  6. Exercise.  Go for a walk, a jog or a swim.  Exercising releases endorphins in your brain which will preoccupy your mind.  This is a wonderful way to physically release built up tensions that have been held in your physical body.
  7. Be present in the now moment. When you recycle the same thoughts, keep a mental ‘to do’ list, or worry about something that is already over, then your mind is elsewhere.  You are not fully present in the moment, and neither is your mind.  Being focused elsewhere or living in the past and ruminating can be extremely tiring and stressful.  Consistently recall yourself back to the present moment.
  8. Call a friend.  Talking can be a great stress reliever.  The simple action of being heard by someone who cares about you can make everything feel better.  You’ve released the tension and you’ve been heard.  You’ll find that your body automatically begins to relax and release the tensions.  You may yawn often during the conversation.  Yawning is a form of releasing physical tension as well as the body’s way of taking in more oxygen to nourish the tense muscles.
  9. Have a massage.  Physical touch releases tensions and stress from the physical body as well as relaxing your thoughts and emotions.  You may want to schedule ongoing massage therapy sessions as part of your regular routine.  People that receive massage on a regular basis experience less stress because they aren’t storing the tensions for long periods of time without relief.
  10. Seek counseling. Asking for assistance, either through traditional or intuitive/spiritual counseling is not a signal of weakness.  In fact it’s the opposite.  It is a show of strength from within to ask for help.  It reflects your willingness to deal with your stress and manage your life in a new, healthy way.  A counselor can help you maintain a healthy balance during times of stress, extreme tension, difficulty or transition.

Above all, remember that you are doing your best to reduce the stress in your life.  You have the inherent right to be happy, healthy and thriving.  Stress does not need to be an assumed part of your lifestyle.  You can choose to ignore stress and live with it, or to take action and do something about it.  It’s up to you.  Give yourself the gift of relaxation.  You deserve it!

Universe Thrown You Any Curve Balls Lately?

Ever had one of those days when you started out really good and then suddenly it felt like the Universe threw you a curve ball coated in disappointment?

We’ve all had them. Some disappointments are small, others are large, but they still have the same yucky feeling that gets triggered inside. You thought it was going to be one way, then it changed. And sometimes- change stinks!

I think disappointment makes us feel like little kids again.

Remember when you didn’t receive something from Santa that you really wanted? Or when someone didn’t do what they said they were going to do? It can certainly feel devastating at the time.

How do you handle your little kid inside feeling disappointed?

You stop, sit down, and remember that you’re OK. You are an adult and you know that change happens, sometimes unexpectedly, but you can handle it. Life is a river that keeps flowing regardless of the obstacles in its path. Even if it seems the path that you were counting on has suddenly become blocked, the river will find another outlet. Be open to receive it in another form.

Remember the old saying, “When one door closes, another will appear?”

Don’t stay trapped in the disappointment. You stopped, acknowledged it, gave it space and now it’s time to get moving. Pick yourself up and keep flowing. Open the next door when it is presented. Be open to receive, and trust that you will always be provided for.

Medical Intuition: Healing Infertility Naturally

For many couples, infertility is one of the most stressful and heartbreaking times in their relationship. The inability to conceive a child seems to effect everything in their lives.

Most women dealing with infertility and fertility treatments end up feeling discouraged, depleted, physically invaded and financially taxed along with tensions with their partner.  All these factors add stress and reduce the chance of pregnancy. For the woman, this is a time of great distress and low self worth, being faced with ongoing struggles while attempting to conceive a child.

The word ‘infertility’ itself initiates despair, hopeless and a sense of finality. Fortunately, ‘not conceiving’ can often be resolved by orchestrating a myriad of elements at the right time with the right ingredients along with positive intent and clear vision.

According to Medical Intuitive Christopher Stewart, women need to feel fully in charge of the fertility co-creation process and medical intuition offers that power as it “reads” your body authentically and clearly.

There are many reasons why a woman may not get pregnant.  Some reasons are from the physical body, others are from the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. It is beyond the scope of this article to cover them all. Many fertility treatments are costly and time consuming. I would recommend consulting a Medical Intuitive and/or other healing practitioner before starting standard procedures like fertility drugs or IVF. This helps integrate the best options for treatment from the very beginning.

Medical intuition is a safe, gentle, caring and monitored way to explore fertility potential, as well as obstacles to fertility and various concerns of each partner. Medical intuition provides a treatment of hope for women and their partners that may lead to conception.

Contact Christopher Stewart for a Medical Intuitive consultation first, to help you pinpoint the causes behind the infertility and guide you along the best route to healing infertility naturally.

What is Empowerment Life Coaching?

Empowerment Life Coaching is an integration of intuitive abilities, counseling skills and life coaching techniques. I may access past experiences or past lives to help resolve and move past situations, emotions that hold you back and prevent your own natural clarity and insight from lighting your way.

The experience of a coaching session can range from conversational to topic specific to crisis management or anything and everything. At all times though, the intuitive reading of the client will be present, following their journey through body, mind and spirit, with boundaries, care and respect.

It simply means that I work on all levels of your energetic body from a mindset of ‘wholeness’, by bringing your spiritual self into the healing process.

How does  Empowerment Life Coaching work?

Empowerment Life Coaching will rapidly produce results that otherwise could take months to achieve. Intuitive abilities are tapped into as well as empowering techniques, tools and counseling during our work together.  Empowerment is not a passive experience, it is a powerful experience.  I am both an emotional healer as well as a provider of compassionate insights to empower you.

In our sessions,  I use my intuitive abilities to access information that is not usually known by the conscious mind.  I work in a free-form spontaneous way, allowing you to follow your needs, issues and concerns as they are each addressed and discussed with detail and empathy.  I bring non-judgmental clarity to the root causes.
