I have been working as an Intuitive Counselor and Whole Life Coach for nineteen years.  I get passionate about helping others to live their best life and reach their highest potentials.  I hold a degree in Psychology from Norwich University and am trained as a flower essence practitioner as well.  I utilize various techniques and tools when working with someone, from flower essences to meditation techniques, visualization, goal setting, creative dialogue techniques, and past life healing.

As a Whole Life Coach, I work with the whole body: mental, emotional, spiritual and physical.  Because we exist on all these levels simultaneously and we are integrated beings, our life circumstances are integrated through all these layers as well, and require balancing in order to accomplish our transformations with ease.
